Stays in place but stiff and cruchy

It does keep your brows in place. It cements them down but makes them stiff and crunchy. If you try to comb through or reshape them after it is applied it will crumble and will raise up making it appear as if you have dandruff in your eyebrows. As long as you do not touch your brows after applying the product you should be fine. And the wand is quite large for brows.
