For little kids

Not the best makeup kit for adults, but better for kids who want to explore makeup on a budget. Not highly ever going to buy it, quality not the best.

A makeup kit that includes eye shadows, lip sticks, blushes, and a small tube of mascara. I will go over everything in that order.
The kit includes 12 eye shadows that are in a huge variety of colours, especially since there are only 12 of them. The shadows are inconsistent in that some of them are chalky, and others have a wonderful velvety texture. They all go on the same, however, and they all share a similar and surprisingly above average pigmentation. I could see this eyeshadow palette going places in terms of working together to create bold looks with the colour variation. I'm not too sure about the wear-time of the shadows, as I've never worn them extensively, but I can attest to them creating a lot of fallout that needs to be accounted for, because they smudge A LOT.
There are seven lip sticks that come in palette form that are nothing special. Just your typical red, nude, pink, with some in-betweens and (a kind of odd) light purple. The pigmentation for the lighter colours is barely there and can give a nice sheer with some tint, and the darker colours are similar except with more apparent colour.
There are two blushes that are nothing special. They are both very bright and are very akin to the colouring of children's makeup. I avoid these due to their child-like appearance.
The mascara is not great. The brush is so short and terrible gets product everywhere. The formula is very obviously cheaply made; the product barely wears and definitely needs other mascaras to get it anywhere. This is also completely avoided.
All together, the eye shadows in this kit save it slightly. Everything else is easily found somewhere else for a maybe slightly higher price, but extremely higher quality. The price point is also great in that it is sold for around $15, so I can see this as a wonderful gift for someone looking to get into makeup, but never for someone with a higher knowledge of makeup in general.
