I think these beauty blenders are good but many of them are way too over priced. I have seen them at Sephora for almost $30!! I think they are worth buying yes, but if you can find one cheaper, get that one. I don't think anyone should be paying more than $10 for this item. They are cute and come in many different shapes and colours and they do help out with the application of your makeup but I was so shocked at some of the prices I have seen on these. If you can find a cheap one though, buy it by all means because they are great! You can also add water to them so they don't suck in all of your product! You also should make sure to clean them on a regular basis so they don't start smelling!

Maybe I am just dumb but I have no idea how to use this even after reading all of you ladies reviews.
I put my foundation on with it and found it worst than using my hands.

I also find it smells really bad after a couple of uses.

Purchased this after using 'knock off' brands for months. I thought since I liked the knockoff brands so much the real beauty blender would be incredible. Unfortunately I've been really disappointed! I find the texture is too 'open' as in it's very squishy and not dense enough. It absorbs too much of the liquid makeup (I mostly use it for liquid concealer) rather than distribute it evenly. It doesn't swell much bigger than the boxed size once damp with water, so it is quite a small applicator. The shape with only one round and one pointed area is not as ideal to other knock off sponges that allow for more intricate blending and precision. Its not a completely useless sponge (I will keep it in my rotation) but I much prefer my 6$ finds.

Love it!!!!!! I'm not a fan of liquid foundation but because powder is not a great option in the winter as I get dry skin.....but with the use of the egg sponge it makes applying a breeze.

YOU, yes YOU need this! If you are reading this review and you haven't tried this sponge yet go out and get one cause it will change your makeup routine for the better! I absolutely love mine and the way that my base foundation looks and feels now when its applied with it. I feel it makes a difference in product loss too for the foundation so it ends up saving me money as well as giving me a much smoother finish! LOVE it

I purchased it about 6 months ago and it had replaced all my brushes since then. It made my makeup look very natural and easily blendable. It is must have. I love it soooo much. Worth the price tag. Definitely recommended

The Beauty blender sponge is amazing for applying foundation. make sure you dampen it first for it to work properly. you can also use it to apply setting powder as well. its latex free, its very soft and feels great when you apply your foundation, and you get an even application. unlike other cheaper sponges that are more stiff and blotchy.

Wow I held out so long to buy a Beauty Blender sponge. I thought no way I'm spending $20 for a makeup sponge, but wow! Wow my makeup looks so much better after blending everything with this sponge. You have to wash it out pretty quick though mine started to get funky when I didn't wash it until a day or two after using it, but I tried the microwave trick and it seemed to work at cleaning it. I already own 3 Beauty Blender sponges and a mini now. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because of the price, but still so worth it!

The beauty blender is my holy grail for putting my foundation on each day. I love the look and finish it leaves. It's easy to clean and maintain and lasts usually about 6 months with proper care, give or take. No other sponge can even compare. This is the real deal!

While the sponge is on the pricy side, it does do a great job for makeup application. The pointy end is great at getting in all the little corners. The sponge itself lasts a long time, as long as you can keep it clean. Pro-tip: use baby shampoo instead of the cleanser to save $$$
