Samples instead of products

I bought a beauty box on lookfantastic website which comes with a subscription to end up having 3 samples (10ml,20ml) products and two others of (30 and 40ml) for 15 pounds. Moreover, the customer service is really poor. So i would not recommend that beauty box to anyone.
