Perfect for everyday wear

Beautycounter's Volumizing mascara is my go-to for an everyday mascara. It goes on smoothly without clumping. It volumizes enough to add definition to my lashes, but not so much that they rub against my glasses. I wear glasses almost daily, so this is an absolute must. It stays on all day, and I've never had issues with it rubbing off. In fact, on the occasions where I have gone to bed with it still on, I wake up in the morning with barely a mark under my eye. A quick swipe of a finer under each eye and it's gone. I always recommend this one to anyone looking for a new mascara.

I have extremely sensitive eyes, and most mascara's cause my eyes to be very irritated!

I have tried many different mascaras including expensive Sephora mascaras that claim to be "natural" beauty counter mascaras are the only one's that do not cause irritation when I wash it off at night.

The mascara is effective (does what it says it will do), however, a tube will only last about 3-4 months, which really isn't an issue since that's about the average time you are supposed to replace a mascara anyway.

I have purchased both the volumizing and the lengthening and they're both great, but I prefer the Volumizing. I have purchased this product multiple times already!

Safe mascara

I was happy to try out a new mascara given the claims that it only contains "safe" ingredients. I've read that many mascaras contain all sorts of chemicals that aren't necessarily safe next to your eyes. This product works well. It goes on smoothly without any clumps and you can build coverage if you like. It wears pretty effectively and lasts the day without flaking or melting off. I don't love this as much as I love certain other commercial mascaras (like Lancôme or Benefit for example), but I do love knowing that I'm applying something safe next to my eyes.

Best Safe Mascara I've Tried So Far!

I absolutely love my volumizing mascara... By far the best safe mascara I've used... You have to apply is properly with a wiggle/shimmy upwards motion to get proper coverage, until you do this you will be in the opinion that it does not cover well but it's not at all the case if you apply it properly... You wouldn't think so but it makes all the difference in your application. The fact that it is a dryer mascara and quick setting is super AMAZING because I have had the opposite issue with safe mascaras and that is that they take to long to dry and very easily mess up during application (smudges, lashes sticking together, AND bleeding everywhere at the slightest sign of a tear)... Seriously can't praise it enough!
