Great oil for all kinds of dishes!!

I got to try this from Chick Advisor and was kind of expecting a weird taste to this oil, I was wrong, the taste is great. It does have a fragrance to it but not at all strong or overpowering. I drizzled it on salads and breads and it tasted great. To see how it fared when hot, I cooked a meal with it. It didn't smoke easily at all which was wonderful as you can do a variety of things with an oil with a higher smoke point. My kids didn't notice any difference in flavour of any of the food they ate with this oil in it which is a fantastic thing. I made spreads with it and it blended like a dream and didn't separate at all. The best part of it is the health aspect with omega 3 and 6 along with vitamin E. My kids can get all those benefits just by me using this oil instead of my regular one. I will be using this oil in tandem with olive oil, I can't give up olive oil because I just love the flavour of it too much. Definitely going to be a staple in my pantry.

Avo oil

I used this for the first time tonight after getting a free bottle to try. The smell was normal and not over powerful with the avocado scent. Same goes for the taste. It was a good oil.
