A nice light oil with good heat range. You can use it as a dressing in your salad or use it to cook or fry something. Tastes great, does not leave an after taste, would definitely recommend that you try it.

I have a air popcorn machine and this is the only oil I use in my popper. 2 tablespoons of oil is all l use for 1 3/4 cup of kernels. Every kernel gets popped and I get to enjoy my popcorn with only the great taste of Becel canola and sunflower oil.

I tend to use other oils for my day to day cooking, but keep a bottle of Becel oil around for baking and whatever. It's cheaper to go with off brand oils, but I do find you get a lighter, cleaner taste with the Becel. It somehow seems less 'oily' (if that makes any sense) I also like that the bottle is smaller, which is perfect for me as I don't use it all that frequently.

Bought it once and it did a good job in our cooking and some baking. We used it mostly for frying savoury stuff and the results have been positive so far. It also gets the job done when we use it as a baking ingredient with cake box mixes.

Love Becel's products! Although, I only use olive oil, I have say this cooking oil is very good. It is light and great for baking. Would use it again!

One of the oil that I use for baking and cooking is Becel Canola and Sunflower Oil. After using this product I have realized that my food tastes delicious than using other oil products.
Also the price is reasonable and it is according with the quality of the product. Sometimes I use Becel Oil for caring my hair with honey and limon.

Becel is one of the few companies that I trust, and their oil is no exception. It smells good, not fishy like I have noticed with some other cooking oils and the results from using it in cooking and baking are always great.

I have used Becel for cooking and baking many times. My food doesn't stick to the pan at all and it has a great smell and texture. I use it every day since I do mostly all home cooked meals. I definitely recommend it.

Normally we use extra virgin olive oil for everything. We bought this for popcorn though. We don't use microwave popcorn we cook our naturally so this oil is very nice with it! I wouldn't use it for other cooking though.
