i dont know but this is just not for me ...i recently tried this and it left a rather odd coating in my mouth like a film of oil ..it was not pleasant at all..

This product has the worst taste. I find it smells so terrible if it is melted and I can't stand the taste of it. I won't be buying this again because nobody likes it in my family!

Not a fan of this stuff and that's too bad cause it's low in points on my WW plan. Leaves toast soggy and i's horrible on popcorn. It's OK to bake with though. Not cheap either!
