When I first came to Canada this is the margarine my mother in law used and I have to admit I could not get used to the taste. It really does taste like olive oil. It's also whiter and kind of a strange consistency compared to the regular Becel.

So it's definitely not for me. I'm glad it exists though as it's a healthier option. If you like olive oil, this could be right for you.

I use the regular Becel margarine all the time and I thought I would try this as I figured it might be a little healthier than the regular stuff. Well healthy or not it was terrible, it had a funny taste almost like spreading straight olive oil on your bread, I did not like the taste at all when I used it for buttering bread or potatoes etc. I did use it up however....I used it more as a cooking oil and then the flavour wasn't too bad. You have to be a real olive oil fan to like this one, it just wasn't for me!

Great healthier alternative to margarine that goes great on anything you put butter on in a day. Can be used for cooking as well and has been a regular in my family's fridge for several years now. I recommend it for sure!

I usually use butter but when I do purchase margine, its this one. The taste is great and for some reason feels healthier than the other margerines out there.

This is a good product it gives you the taste you want without all the unhealthy extras. Great item if you're trying to be heart healthy. My whole family uses this product.
