Doctor advise to use Becel after family member had a heart attack. Liked it so much it is now the only one we buy. It is great on bread or toast alone. I use it in mashed potatoes and on some vegetables especially corn.

For me nothing compares to butter....this was good, but I still recommend butter over Becel Margarine.

I really don't like Margarine. I think it tastes like plastic, and it is so bad for you. I can always tell when someone uses it instead of butter. It is not for me!
