    I was kind of skeptical about them being soft but to my surprise they were! They are perfect for baking and the taste was great! This is definitely my go to when baking!!

    I purchased these to make shortbread cookies. They are so easy to use as they are premeasured. The cookies were light and fluffy and the Becel was easy to use right out of the refrigerator.
