The Becel unslated bricks are great, right out of the fridge they are easy to scrape a thin layer for toast and if you plan ahead and remove from fridge a little earlier, the brick softens up quickly for easy spreading. They will separate in warm weather so best in the fridge or easy on the counter in the winter.

I received a free coupon for the Becel plant based brick and I used this product to make my buttercream icing. When I make buttercream icing I always use real butter but I decided to give this alternative a shot. It actually tasted really close to the real thing and no one noticed the difference at all! I am happy with this product and it is also cheaper to buy than real butter in my area. It's definitely a tasty alternative!

Tasted like butter

I wanted to cook for my vegan friend and used the becel plant based bricks to bake and came out amazing. Tasted just like butter and no one realized it as well

As a butter person, I really didn't think that this margarine could really be as good as butter for every purpose, but after trying it (a lot!) it really does seem to be just a good as butter. I've baked with it, used it in pasta, and what might just be the ultimate tests fried eggs and grilled cheese. The verdict? Everything cooked perfectly and tasted just as it would with butter. I love that this is a bit healthier than butter, and that I can easily alter recipes to be vegan just by swapping this in. Definitely recommend!

Works great for baking!

I was very excited to get this product for free because this pandemic time has been a perfect time for baking!

I harvested our rhubarb and decided to bake it into a cake with this product and it did not disappoint! It behaved exactly like regular butter did (it softened faster which was good!) and it tasted great. I'd recommend!

i enjoyed trying these bricks from becel. They taste so good and they made my recipe taste so yummy. i tried it with a chocolate cake and it mixed perfectly!

Good alternative to butter

Becel Plant-Based Bricks – Unsalted 25% less saturated fat is a good alternative for Butter. I used it to make banana bread. The taste was just as good and it was easy to use. My banana bread did come out a little dryer than usual, so next time I will just adjust the recipe a little, but I will definitely use this again.

Great Plant Based Option

i would by this again as a healthier alternative. I primarily used it for baking and didn't notice a difference in quality or flavor. I would recommend.
