GREAT PRODUCT!

I purchased this product at No Frills and it can also be purchased at Loblaws. It is thin slices of beef that are already seasoned with Korean spices (it tastes like Korean bbq sauce). They come in a compact cardboard and plastic sleeve and I found it in the frozen meat section.

The beef strips are frozen and the instructions on the package state that you cook them in a pan at high temperature for three to five minutes along with vegetables, if desired. I made a stir fry with my beef strips and added summer vegetables (PC frozen ones). I served it on top off quick cook rice (such as the five minute boxed rice- Minute Rice). The beef strips were SO TENDER after I cooked them.

It was such a quick and extremely easy meal on a hot summer night. I plan on buying it again very soon because all my family members loved it!!
