I purchased this at the Women's Show this past fall. They said it was a natural option for cold season and dealing with sore throats. We girls were excited to try it for ourselves and the kids. The taste is lovely. Sweet like honey. As for the effectiveness, I can't say that I found much of a difference in pain. You have to spray 4 times, 3 to 6 times a day. That said, I like knowing that it is a natural option and I enjoyed learning about bee pollen benefits.
