I ordered this for my boyfriend because his dentist recommended he use one. He grinds his teeth every night and has done so for years and it's caused multiple surface cavities, not to mention it's extremely annoying to listen to.

This came in a set of two and each has its own storage case, these were easy to fit to his mouth, simply put in warm water until softened and than bite down on it and hold, than remove it from your mouth and place in cold water to help it hold this new shape.

He has said that this fits very well but it's going to take a little time to get used to. He has worn it every night since receiving it (2weeks) and has noticed that he has none of his usual jaw soreness in the mornings, he would defiantly recommend it.
