I bought this over 90$ compression wrap for post csection after reading all reviews. I liked it but... It didn't last long in terms of size. And I think they do that so you buy two sets. Which is why it's a rip off.

I would say that your happiness with this product depends on what you are buying it for and how high your expectation is. I bought this after having my 5th baby, not having worn with postpartum before. I put it on at about 2.5 days postpartum and have worn it for at least 10 hours and at the most for 50 hours per week. I bought it more for a support postpartum, I have bad posture and thought this would help.

It has now been 5 weeks and i am fairly happy with the overall effectiveness of this. It reminds me of those back supports that you can buy from the pharmacy. The Velcro is very high quality and I haven't had any issue with it popping open, no matter how tight i have worn it. It definitely makes you sweat but I think that is a good thing, in my opinion. I found it helped my mild to moderate Diastasis Recti above my belly button, it isn't like it was before my children but it certainly is better. I also use it while doing my light workouts/walks and it holds up well. It does crease pretty bad but it doesn't effect it's performance, or at least as far as i can tell. It does wash well.

If you have an overly long or short waist , it might be uncomfortable and it does bunch up a bit when you sit with it on but my waist is on the shorter side and the sizing is a bit off. I could of gotten away with an X-Small but went with the small and it is already too big (5 weeks postpartum)

Overall I am very pleased with this product.

This product is truly amazing.the idea is that you wear this band around your belly postpartum and that it helps your uterus shrink down quicker, helps your tummy get back to normal quicker, adds support...plus, you can wear them during pregnancy for support around the abdomen if needed. I first heard about it while I was pregnant with my second. I was super skeptical at first, but it works! I slimmed down waaaay faster when using this after delivering my second. The extra support was great as well. It's pricey but worth it. I also tried a cheaper Babies R Us brand one and it worked just as well, although not as comfy as a Belly Bandit.
