Chocolate Overload

If you are a huge fan of chocolate then this may be for if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy. It's very rich in taste just a little too much chocolate with the brownie pieces included.

A Vegan's Dream

I became vegan a few months ago and was really craving ice cream. My favourite flavour has always been the chocolate fudge brownie. I came across this non dairy line very recently and couldn't wait a second to try it! The ice cream itself is good, the first bite reminds me of the good old days that I had with the dairy one. However, as I was evaluating the taste further, I couldn't feel any brownie chunks :(. I dug deeper but only found 1 TINYYYYY CHUNK like the size of a dime!!!!. I was really disappointed for that, so I got another one, but surprise surprise it was the same thing:(:(:(. I only gave the exceptional rating because I feel like the ice cream satisfied my chocolate cravings. Also, for like 7 bucks it's hella expensive for a tiny pint!!.But overall, I recommend it because it's one of the good non dairy ice creams, unlike other brands/varieties I've tried, this one fully satisfies any chocolate craving due to its richness.

Ben & Jerry`s non dairy ice cream

I am a huge fan of Ben & Jerry`s ice cream, especially their half baked ice cream, they are to die for so I was excited when I got the news that I was going to try the non dairy one. I got to say, the taste won't be the same since they can`t use cream (=dairy product). So. instead they use almond milk and coconut oil as the main ingredients. I was a bit disappointed because I was expecting a taste similar than the original ben & jerry`s ice cream but it has more of a watery taste instead. I have tried before non dairy ice cream and they taste similar than this ice cream. The fudge pieces were excellent though. Overall, it is good quality but I wouldn`t buy this again since I don`t have a lactose sensitivity and and would probably buy another non-dairy ice cream for a less expensive price if I was lactose intolerant.

As someone who is lactose intolerant - I am always looking for non-dairy items and decided to give this one a go! Very tasty and full of brownie pieces and very chocolatey flavour.

I received this product via Chickadvisor's free coupon. I've always liked Ben&Jerry;'s, so I was curious to try the non-dairy version. I found that I visited multiple stores in my area as not all stores have them in stock. Overall, I liked the product but I found it tasted lacked the traditional ice cream flavour and texture. I would be interested to try the other flavours in the future. #gotitfree

J'ai été surprise du goût de la nouvelle Ben & Jerry's Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert, celui-ci est très goûteux et très sucrée. J'ai terminé le pot, mais personnellement ce n'est pas la tasse de thé. Par contre en milkshape ça lui donne une 2e chance.

In terms of non-dairy ice creams, this one is pretty good! At first I did find it a bit too almond-tasting for my liking, and the chocolate wasn't very creamy, but overall the more I ate, the better it tasted! There were also fewer brownie pieces than I was expecting, but the brownie chunks were simply delicious! I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a brownie ice cream or chocolate fix, because it did deliver on big chocolatey taste! Overall I was satisfied with the product and would probably purchase it again.

You could almost compare the chocolate to the taste of a chocolate protein shake.. The consistency wasn't great but it was better than I expected.......
