I’ve used the jars of powder in the past, but those are quite large to carry around. I love that these individual packs are easy to carry in your purse or bag and are available to use any time I want. If you use these in flavoured drinks, you of course won’t taste any difference with the powder mixed into it. Sometimes with these products they make water taste a bit funky, but I’m happy to say that this Benefiber product does not! If you have normal to moderate digestive health hiccups, this will assist you for the day and even two. I cannot speak to how well it works with those who have more severe irregularities.
