This is such an easy way to work fiber into your diet. I have a sensitive stomach and food allergies, so it has always been difficult to consume as much fruits and veggies as I should. Other similar products made me feel bloated and uncomfortable, but Benefiber has been effective without the ill side-effects. There is no taste, and if you're adding it to something warm or room temperature, it usually completely disolves very quickly. The only word of warning I would give is to others with sensitive stomachs - ease your way into the Benefiber use so that you can find the amount that's right for you. I take half of the recommended dosage and it works well for me.
I LOVE Benefiber. I add it to everything. It mixes well into any liquid from your morning tea or coffee to yogourt, cereal and soup. There is no chalky feeling in the mouth and aftertaste at all. I have made this part of my daily routine and I have noticed results. Less bloat and more regular. I cannot recommend this one enough!
Every ounce in awhile I have to use a little something to help me to get going so to say and have tried a few things other then eating right. I tried Benefiber out after receiving a sample and found that it works about the best for me. It says it blends right into your water, but no matter how much I stir it I can’t get it to completely dissolve. Even with the little bits floating in the water I find it easy enough to get down. The nice thing about Benefiber is that you can also sprinkle it over anything you’re eating, or drinking; you don’t have to use it just with water. Benefiber is also sugar free, non thickening, each serving provides you with 3grams of dietary fibre and contains 15 calories. You can buy Benefiber in 20, 38, 62, 90, 125 and 190 severing cans. Benefiber is now available in caplets, chewable and individual stick packs so you can take it with you when you’re on the go. I would definitely recommend Benefiber to anyone in need of a product like this.
I love Benefiber it allows me to get the fiber I need in a tasteless, odorless and git free powder. It mixes into anything including baking and allows you increase the fiber in everything you eat or drink, Increasing the fiber content in foods helps to keep you regular, it helps the body detoxify and it helps to keep you slim and feeling great. I add this to my coffee each morning and tea at night and get the fiber I need with out the work of it.
A wonderful source of Fibre! Taste wonderful and actually keeps me full for some time after use! Definitely recommend it.
I tried this product based on a recommendation of a friend I never thought that I would need a fibre supplement, but I saw a commercial and realized that I likely don't eat enough fruit and vegetables. I was suspect about the clear and natural powder, but I tried it and was really impressed. This product puts Metamucil to shame, and lets me get the fibre that I need in a really easy way.
Worth every penny and tastes a lot better than other similiar brands. I highly recommend using it on a daily basis.
I thought I'd tried everything before. I already consume mass quantities of fruit, hate pills, Metamucil made me gag & there's only so much cereal you can consume a day. Finally, a product that doesn't change the consistency or taste of your beverage and works. I feel healthier and am not constantly backed up. Great product!
Benefibre is my favourite fibre supplement in the market. One teaspoon adds an extra 3 grams of fibre to water/juice/your meal. You can add it to food/water and your family will have no idea that it's there! It can easily be added to recipes to make them more fibrefull.
I like that it has no taste and does not change the texture of the water, it dissolves completely. I like to put some in my oatmeal (on days I have instant, where there is less in the packets) to up the fibre content or stir it into water or juice. I like this one in particular because the fibre is all natural, 100% vegetable fibre from chicory root. There are also no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives added -- there are some on the market that have many.
More fibre keeps you satisfied, which means you're less likely to snack later on at night.
This is a great way to meet your recommended daily dose of fiber. It's convenient and only adds 5 calories per teaspoon. I highly recommend!
