Must Have Brow Pencil!

I received this precisely my brow pencil free to test and review. I have blonde hair and eyebrows, so I selected shade 2, warm golden blonde. I was a little concerned as it looked much lighter, almost grey. I was pleasantly surprised. I apply it in the morning with my regular makeup routine. It’s very easy to use, I love the sleek design which makes it comfortable to hold and apply. I typically used pressed powder to fill in my eyebrows. Since using this product, I will not go back. It’s anazing, provides great coverage, excellent color choices and looks very natural. There’s also a lot of product as you can twist up more as you use it. There’s also a brush on the opposite end to comb your eyebrows for that perfect look! Definitely recommend this Brow Pencil!

I wasn't blown away but YMMV

I was so excited when I received this #freeproduct to test out cause I'm always looking for a good brow filler and I liked their brow gel. I have thin eyebrows that don't grow very fast so I need a product that lets me add thickness and definition without looking too fake. For me, this product was just so/so but YMMV.

PROS: I normally use powder but this pencil-style was very easy to switch to and the packaging was nice. It twists up and down smoothly and stays in place/ doesn’t break off when you’re drawing with it. I like that by adjusting the pressure when you draw you can make lines subtle or bold depending on what look you want. The thin tip makes filling in brows easier and majority of the time the product glided on smoothly. The spoolie is FANTASTIC and blends any harsh lines out so nicely! I will use it regularly even when the brow pencil runs out.

Cons: It does not last 12hrs. I have an oily T-zone so sometimes the inner part of my brow would smudge after a few hours even when I used my Laura Mercier powder/ eyebrow gel to set them. This was more often if I drew lighter lines/ used softer strokes- bold lines are definitely more smudge-proof! I also feel like It’s hard to get a natural look in areas that don’t have a lot of growth. If I pressed too hard my eyebrows would be too dark or the line would be a little too thick. I found that I would have to keep drawing the same lines multiple times especially if I used a thinner liquid foundation or if any setting powder was on my brows. Because of this, I feel like it wasted a lot of product so I don’t think this would last long if you used it everyday.

So If you already have nicely shaped and filled brows and you just want something to subtly touch up you might like this but I don’t think this is a great product if you have patchy/ very thin eyebrows or an oily forehead/ t-zone.

Amazing brows

This brow pencil is amazing. I have gotten many compliments since I started using this. The pencil is very fine and allows you to create thin hair line strokes that look very natural. It is a very quick and easy product to use. When I fill in my brows the pencil does not feel heavy or weigh my brow hairs down and lasts all day. I am in love! #freeproduct

j’adore

J’ai acheté ce nouveau crayon pour les sourcils de benefit et je l’adore vraiment! Il est précis ajoute une belle couleur et la brosse fonctionne vraiment bien. J’ai des sourcils bien définis que j’adore. Je le recommande je vais le racheter c’est certain! Son seul défaut est qu’il est un peu dispendieux.

Benefit Brow Pencil

I already love benefit cosmetics but honestly this eyebrow pencil is my go to now! I use it daily. It works great for outlining my brow or filling in. It looks natural and matches my hair colour. I love the spooly and I love that I can twist and have the pencil part come out then twist and have it go back in. I recommend this brow product and this company! I will be purchasing this pencil again once I run out.

Natural Finish

I received a complementary Benefit Precisely, My Brow Pencil in exchange for an honest review. I use either a brow pencil or powder to fill in my brows everyday. The tip of this pencil is very fine and allows for precise application. The consistency is neither too dry nor too creamy, it’s perfect for a natural, hair like finish. It lasts all day and won’t smudge. The spoolie is great for blending the strokes. The price is a little high, I’m not sure that it will replace my drugstore option but I’m glad I got to try it and it will be a great option if I want to treat myself to a higher end brow product. #freeproduct

Great eyebrow product

I have tried Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Pencil in number 3 (medium) in the full size (a mini size is also available). I love this product. It is so simple to use. The tip is twist-up and doesn’t require sharpening. It glides on smoothly to fill in the brows. The spoolie-brush easily tames your brows and blends the product in. Together, they create perfectly filled in and defined eyebrows.

Really liked it!

I'm not the best at doing my brows, it has to be said, but I was excited to try the Precisely, My Brow pencil. I did have a few issues with it, but overall I found it really good! The first issue was caused by my own folly. I ordered shade 5 Warm Black/Brown and to be frank, I feel like I probably ordered too dark. I feel like my brows have a lot of blonde in them when the light hits and I wish I'd gone for a slightly lighter/cooler shade. Lesson learned for the future! So definitely be careful with what shade you pick.

My other problem was that I initially tried to use it when the nib was too 'turned up' and it was too long and snapped. I basically lost about a third of the pencil doing this, so I would heavily recommend you do not do this. The pencil fully extended does not have as much product as I'd like, so by losing a chunk of it, it was pretty upsetting. Learn from my mistake and extend the nib only slightly when doing your brows.

The third problem I had was that I felt like the product became blunt quickly and didn't draw as well when blunt, this could be because it snapped though I'm not sure.

I still rate it really highly though, because there's a lot of things I really loved about it. It's so easy to use, for a beginner like me who has clumsy hands and not a lot of makeup skills. It's basically just twist and go. The fact that it provides its own spoolie brush is also really awesome and the spoolie works really well to blend it.

When I first started using it I was so impressed by how sharp and fine the lines it made were. They really looked like fine eyebrows hairs and it made it look so realistic in the areas where I had to fill in my brows. My brows are pretty full and I don't have a lot of sparse areas, but even then Precisely, my Brows worked really well to give them more shape and definition. I'll definitely use this in the future, though I'll be more careful so I don't break it and cause problems and I'll probably buy a lighter colour!

Natural looking brows

I'm using shade #3 warm light brown that compliments my hair color and skin tone nicely. Nice packaging and grip which makes it easier to use this product. A very fine creamy tip that glides onto my brows and gives me the precise light strokes I want. My brows look natural but more defined and cleaner looking. The other end of pencil has a brush to comb out my brows. This product feels so lightweight on my skin that I forget I have it on my brows and it stays on until you wash it off, with soap and water or makeup remover. I love this brow pencil and will buy it. I was lucky enough to get this #freeproduct. I recommend it.

Must have!

I really enjoyed using this brow pencil. The want is comfortable and easy to use. I like that it is dual ended (blender/brush on one side and pencil on the other) Lasts all day and easy to remove. I will most likely purchase it in the future, but I would go a shade darker I think. (The one I received was shade 3.5)
