Overhyped
I haven been using this under my usual makeup now for a few months. I started using it due to the hype around the product. It is very expensive and I was expecting more for the price. There are better pore filing primers available for half the price in the market.
You have to use a lot of product to evenly cover pore areas on the face. The bottle does not last long. A better pore filling primer is clarins or elf.
Alright
I tried this out because of the recommendations from YouTube beauty gurus, but I found that with my combination skin, the primer would pill and peel in some places on my face, but it would just look cakey on the others. What I didn't know is that the primer has a light skin-toned tint to it, so I definitely would not recommend to those with darker skin tones. Definitely have tried better primers for better pricing, overhyped for sure.
Doesn’t quite do the trick
This primer is fairly costly, so I was expecting good results! However, I feel like how this primer interacts with my skin ends up drawing more attention to my pores, instead of minimizing them
Didn't work for me
I got the mini size of this product and can't say it did anything for me - I didn't notice any difference to how my skin looks after makeup. It's probably not for dry skin
trop cher
Quand même efficace mais ne vaut vraiment pas son prix. Laisse la peau douce, je le recommande mais pourrait se vendre moins cher selon moi mais bonne qualité de produit.
its alright
Honestly I don’t see the difference between this and the baby skin maybelline product except this one is coloured and 3x the price. I got it in a sample box back in like 2014 and it’s lasted me up until Jan 2018 (I know I know it’s bad to keep your makeup for long) but I got the small one and it lasted me four years so
Good primer!
I have been getting a bunch of samples of this primer from Sephora so I decided to use it and I really like his product! It keeps my make up on long and I have noticed that I get less oily in my t zone where I apply this primer! Although, I think it's a good product, but not the best in my opinion, there are many other primers at the drug store or Sephora that deliver the same quality.
Not my fav
I really wanted to like this because I heard such good things about it ...
But honestly it does nothing for dry skin..
I know a lot of people with oily skin love this primer, so it might work for you
But if your skin is more on the dry side
I would say skip this one.
Not as good
I bought this instead of paying the high price for the Smashbox Pore minimizing primer. It was still 30 dollars for a super small tube so overall the value would probably be the same as the Smashbox is larger. It definitely was not as good as Smashbox and I didn't notice much of a difference in my pores, I found sometimes going on it would be flaky as well. Disappointed I didn't spend the extra for the better and bigger primer bottle!
OK but much better products out there
I think this is a good product if you are someone who does not have dry or aging skin - if you have dry skin then you will want to go with formulation that is more moisturizing (one of the Charlotte Tilberry primers is a good choice)
