I love this mascara! It has a great applicator with bristles at the very end for hard-to-reach lashed. The mascara stays on all day. It is not too think that it clumps and not too thin that it's not effective. Great mascara!

Does not clump, goes on smoothly

I am very lucky and I have long eyelashes but this mascara gave them length that I have not been able to achieve with any other mascara. It also curled them nicely.

I'm not going to lie - I was skeptical. I love my L'oreal Voluminous mascara, and never thought I would stray. Even though I am a huge fan of Benefit products, and own an unhealthy amount of Benefit products (if that is possible), I don;t like the idea of spending $30 on a product that will last me only 3 months. Especially if a drug store product can do just as good of a job for 1/6 of the price.

I received a sample of They're Real in one of my Ipsy bags, and tried it out. The wand was difficult to use, it came out with a LOT of product, and the mascara got all over my eyelid - it was a wet formula, and not what I was used to. I ended up with spider lashes, and when it came time to take it off, the stuff wouldn't budge, even with waterproof mascara.

I was watching a video on YouTube, and the girl showed a trick to using They're Real. Once it is out of the tube, hold the wand vertically use the ball at the end to deposit mascara on the outer upper lashes. It will be a bit clumpy. Now, turn the wand horizontal, and use the wand to distribute the mascara. This helps to put that extra mascara where it counts, making your outer lashes very long and thick.

No clumping, no running down my face, my lashes hold their curl all day. To remove, put your remover on a cosmetic pad, and hold it over your closed eye for about 30 seconds. This will soften the mascara, and it will wipe away pretty easily (it still needs some work).

They're Real is now an irreplaceable part of my daily routine. I get so many compliments on how long my eyelashes are, and my eyes are now the focus of my makeup each day.

Love the brand. Love the way the mascara wears.

Cost: $12-29 at Sephora

So I got this in my birthday gift from Sephora and let me just say that when I run out of the sample size I will be purchasing a tube of it. The brush is perfect and the formula sits on my lashes beautifully. From my use of it, it seems really long lasting and it held up pretty well against the rain despite not saying anything about being waterproof. It legitimately makes me look like I am wearing fake lashes. 9/10 (down that one point because the end of the brush can get pretty goopy if you aren't careful.)

100% buying again (for the first time)

it made my lashes feel way to hard and uncomfortable. it was always quite difficult to take off

I liked the brush against my lashes, I feel it did really well in spreading the lashes evenly. But I didnt like how at times it would clump up on the bristels.

They're Real worked for me. Goes on cleanly and gives long, thick lashes. Really like the little brush ball at the end of the wand to reach tight places.

It was good as it had quite a bit of pigment and was easy to apply. I generally like Benefit products.
