Not for me
Not for me! I have long-straight lashes and this mascara didn’t hold them up after using the curler. I really liked the brush but I won’t purchase the full size in the future... I personally don’t recommend this one...
Overrated, unless you like tarantula lashes.
This is a great lengthening mascara and the brush is fantastic. The product is not flaky, however it is very clumpy. I cannot stand clumpy mascara. I want volume without looking like a tarantula. Also the product smudges. The mascara is also on the expensive side at $33. I don’t understand the hype, there are much better mascaras out there.
Not the best
When I used this mascara, it was just too liquidy to do anything for my lashes. It made my lashes that were curled look straight and made them droop downwards. It didn't volumize or lengthen my lashes. I really had high hopes for this mascara and it just wasn't it.
I don't like spider legs on my eyes
I was very disappointed in this mascara. I like a mascara that lengthens and thickens while keeping a fairly natural look. I found this product clumped my lashes together so they looked like long spider legs to me. It definitely lengthened but overall was not a good look. Definitely will not buy again.
It's alright, but not worth the price.
I was sent a sample of this mascara in the mail since I was curious to see if it would be worth actually buying. It was an alright mascara, honestly below average in my personal opinion and there are definitely many Drugstore mascaras that do a better job. I have two main points of dislike, one being that the formula is way too watery and just makes my lashes feel sticky and too spidery for my liking. My second dislike being it smudges very easily and if you get any sort of moisture around your eyes, this WILL smudge if you touch them.
All in all, this mascara runs for C$32.00 which is ridiculous considering it's average performance and you could easily walk into the Drugstore and pick up a dramatically better mascara for around C$6.00. I wouldn't recommend this product, nor would I ever buy it with my own money.
Watery Mascara
I'm a regular, full make-up Mon-Fri person. I got the offer to try mascara from a brand that I've never tried before: Benefit - They're Real. If you like watery, hard-to-apply, multi-coats required mascara, then this is the product. I'm not sure how much this mascara retails for, but I'm glad that I had the chance to try before I wasted my money on this mascara. Tossed!
Did nothing for me but sting my eyes
I really didn't like this product.
It did nothing for my lashes and it stung my eyes.
I find the brush hurt me when I came too close to the lash line, which usually doesn't happen with my other mascaras.
Not a winner...
Was excited about the mascara wand, and the mascara. And.. I was terribly disappointed. The mascara clumped on my lashes, flaked throughout the day, and was tougher than normal to wash off. Worst part was the burning sensation in my eyes.
I don't get all the good reviews...
On my Asian shorter, straight lashes, did not do the trick-and they smudge after a while. Maybe it's the formula for me, but it didn't live up to the hype for me for sure.
I did not like this mascara at all! Which is funny cause it gets such rave reviews. It first came in one of my subscription boxes, and I tried it when my mascara ran out. I wasn't a huge fan, but decided to buy it anyway, and ended up giving it to my niece. I found it wasn't very dark. It went on fine, and it was a good brush, but no darkness when I put it on. I am a redhead, so I have super light lashes, and I need a black that pows, and this was not it.
