I have been hearing a lot about this liner from about everyone in the beauty world. I finally got my hands on it and was excited to try. I love the whole idea of the cream liner in the form of a pencil. The formula itself is so black and its staying power is impeccable. The only thing that I have to say about it that is less than desirable is simply the fact that then you first use it (everytime) the top of the liner is a little dry, so it clumps up in a ball on your lashline. the you have to clean it out, and it is simply tedious and wasteful on product. I still do recommend it , it is such a good liner!
The revolutionary gel eyeliner from Benefit. In a pushup container - it glides on smoothly and stays ally day. A little difficult to use on the first occassion but it comes eventually!
I bought this eye liner because of the dramatic results on the packaging and because it was advertised as being very easy to use. The quality itself was very high and it was a thick and creamy consistency but it was no easier to use than other products and I managed to smear myself with quite a bit of it before getting a straight line.
This might be suitable for people who are very good at applying eye liner but for me, the high price point made this not worth buying. Plus the stay-put formula meant it was hard to correct my mistakes although I can see how that would be a plus for other people.
I would basically say that this product is great for a beginner, or someone who lacks a steady hand. It's not a horrific product by any means, you just need to work with it and learn how to use it. I also does not work for everyone. I like to use it to give me the defined perfect wing to my liner, but I will just line my eye with a normal gel/liquid liner and use this to do the flick at the end.

My new Favourite gel liner! Waterproof, does not smudge and even though its hard to remove at times its all worth it :)
If you want a liner that will seriously stay put even when you go to the pool or in humid weather, this is your friend! The angled tip makes it super easy to wing out. The only problem is that since it stays on so well it is super hard to take off...
One of the most anticipated products to launch this summer has got girls everywhere going gaga for tight lining and cat eyes
I love me some winged liner but this product has a learning curve for sure!
Twist the bottom to dispense the colour through a slanted (accuflex) rubber tip. Work quickly because this dries up fast! I feel like I have to turn it 10 times to get anything to come out or twice and I get way too much.
I've used it a handful of times and the result is good, and WATERPROOF but I think the gel needs to be a little more viscous for a better application.
With a pricetag of $29 it's not for a beginner, start with a pencil or gel and brush before moving up to this.
Once you get the hang of it you can 'wing out' in a flash and it's handy to keep in my purse!
Do not attempt to use this eye liner if you are an average makeup user like me. I think it looks nice but you definitely have to practice. You need a steady hand. I found that it didn't come out easily, I had to keep twisting and then it would clump, I think I'll stick to my pencil. But if you are courageous, do it!
From the brand benefit, I expected a great product. This was not great. It was akward to handle and use, didn't come out flowing and for the price I was pretty disappointed.
And it took forever to get off as well which sucked.
The gel liner is suppose to be long-wearing and waterproof, however, after just a couple of hours, I have smudged 'raccoon eyes'. The website recommends to set with eye shadow but that still does not help with the results. After paying $29 for this product, I feel completely let down! The pen applicator is awkward to hold & apply (I've been working on this for 2 weeks now) and one click does not give sufficient gel to apply.
