It takes a bit to get used to. If you push too much up, you get clumps and crappy lines, I'm still working on it. But when I get it right it's a good thing!

I... I just don't get it. I'm a pro when it comes to makeup. But when it comes to eyeliner, I'm about as helpless as a newborn.
I saved up my pennies when I heard about this, and promptly bought it when it was available at my local Shoppers Drug Mart. I was so stoked. I couldn't believe it, a product for people who can't wing, even after watching 600 youtube tutorials, and a thousand r/MUA tips.
Well guess what? I still can't.
Do not dig this product at all, and my husband is kinda pissed I spent $30.00 on an eyeliner I can barely use.
When I did get it on in a horrible, squiggly line, it took me about 20 minutes to get that off. I used baby wipes (which actually takes off benefit mascaras like nobody's business) AND my Norwex makeup remover cloth AND eye makeup remover, and I still woke up looking like a raccoon.
I wanted to love you, Push-Up liner, I really wanted to!
I totally recommend it if you actually know what you're doing. If you're a wingaphobe like me, run. Run as fast as you can.

hate this product !! it's dry and is hard to put on ..

Not my favorite liner, but I do like the way it glides when applied and definitely gives a great cat eye. It takes a bit of practice but after a few tries it is easy to use.

When this liner came out I knew I had to try it! I have been a big fan of Benefit for years and a liner user for basically ever. I am glad to report that it was worth all the hype! This liner is innovative, easy to use, and has mucho staying power! Once you get the hang of the flexible tip, creating a straight line is very simple and for those of us who rock the cat eye more often than not, it's definitely worth the price! I get a perfect line every time!

I was happy to try this product to see the video this eyeliner is magical ... but I was disappointed. pencil was dry after two days and I do not like application difficult

I had trouble rating this product. it stays put there is no question about that, but I had so much trouble getting it off. now I didn't buy the remover because why would I spend that kind of money on a remover when the face wash I use takes every thing off but this. it tricky to use, but I guess with practice it may get easier. so staying power is a 20 out of 10 but using it and removing is just too much. I was super excited for this, just didn't live up to my expectations. :(

I was very excited to try this product since it is the first gel liner to ever be in pen form. However, this product was very disappointing. It's very difficult to use, even as a professional, the formula dries very quickly and it is a little difficult to apply if you're not used to working with gel. That being said, it does have a couple pros considering the shape of the dispenser is amazing for creating flawless winged liner looks (or cat eyes), considering you practice enough to get comfortable with the liner. As well, since it is a gel, the formula will last all day and is resistant to pretty much anything and, though it is not marketed as waterproof, it will still come off easily with waterproof make-up remover. Overall, it would be a good product to invest in if you experience frequent raccoon eyes, provided you have the patience to mess up a few times before you get it right.
