I bought Benylin Extra Stregnth Cough Syrop to use when a cold strikes. I had the chance to try it out last week when I started getting a scratchy throat. It helped me to get a good night's sleep, which helped me fight the cold.

It's not delicious by any means, but not horrifyingly disgusting like other cough syrups. Taste is tolerable. But it really works. A staple in my home during cold and flu season.
