Great aftercare product

Really enjoyed this product, The aloe really sooths the skin. I love how it's not greasy and smells great. Worked amazing on my burn and will be purchasing again for sure

Great for all skin types!

I love how this is for people with acne prone and oily skin! Our skin needs hydrating too, even though its not dry. Some other products for acne can be drying and this great for balancing that out.

Not what I expected but I'm liking it

The texture of this was a lot more runny than expected. It definitely is a more liquidy lotion compared to other regular lotions. However, because of the texture, I'm liking the fact that it is light, and very easy to apply. There's a bit of stinging after application, but I think my skin gets used to it. It's overall difficult to assess how effective it is, as I'm not sure if it's the acne treatment that's working, or this lotion made it better. But I would continue using this and consider purchasing for future.

I have been using this @benzagelcanada After Care Moisturizing lotion for quite some time now and here is my honest opinion.

This is basically formulated to be that hydrating and soothing moisturizer that you will need when you use potent anti acne treatments which can lead to skin dehydration and dryness. With Squalane that mimics the skin's natural phospholipid layer, prevents water loss from your skin that leads to dehydration. This lotion has a unique blend of various forms of AHAs like Bilberry, Sugarcane and Orange and lemon extracts that exfoliates your skin and hence gives you a youthful appearance over time. It is free from parabens and it is non comedogenic so any one who suffers from clogged pores can safely try it out. The olive fruit extracts in it reduces the loss of collagen and elastin and help in moisture control. Aloe Vera Gel, Witch Hazel, Ginger, Rose and Cucumber are all excellent pore shrinkers and skin tighteners..

My experience : I don't use strong acne medication but I do suffer from clogged pores and I do use Retinol sleeping mask which has been making my extremely dry. But this lotion makes my skin smooth but not dry. Its watery texture feels so good and maybe I am seeing some improvement in my hyperpigmentation as well when it's effects are augmented by my other skincare products. My husband uses acne treatments on his neck and back and I mix this benzagel lotion with his regular lotion and it has been soothing and moisturizing on him too. I like that its not heavily scented and that everyone but those specially with acne can safely use it. It gels pretty well with my BHA lotion as well as my Retinol Sleeping mask and Buffet Serum.

Great matte texture!

Loved this product for aftercare. It has a light-gel like consistency, which is refreshing on the skin and easy to apply over all the rest of my skincare. Feels light and matte - no oily residue on my sometimes oily skin.

great lotion to finish the acne treatment

I used the product for over a week now. The quality is absolutely great. I also noticed that it fits for all skin types which is nice because I find it challenging that truly works for combination skin. The fragrance and texture are light which are big benefits for many.

Perfect lotion for the face

I have acne problem because of my post-partum and it help me to have this product with me. My face is clear and soft to touch. Love it! The texture is perfect and it's pretty easy to apply with all the instructions I receive. I am very surprise by the product.

We love good ingredients!

Don’t let the packaging fool you. If you’re like me, I buy into brands with sleek or fancy packaging. What I love about this product is that it’s not something I would normally buy strictly on looks. But once I received it, read through the ingredients and tried it… I was hooked. The packaging is functional and ergonomic. I like that the pump can be locked. But more importantly the ingredients are stellar! You’re getting top end additives like AHAs and squalane in a gentle formula. I love it and have included it into my routine.

My skin feels and looks so much healthier and happier after using this for the couple weeks I’ve had it, it goes on wonderfully and hydrated me for what felt like the whole day after using in the morning
