Like water

I was hopeful with the squalene and other excellent ingredients that this would be a nice lotion/moisturizer after some breakouts and dryness of acne products but honestly I did not like it at all. I expect and want my lotion/Moisturizer to be creamy to thick and feel the hydrating benefits and this was the complete opposite. It was pure liquid like milk in a bottle came out onto my hand like water dripping everywhere can't rub in you have to pat it on like its a toner and thats what it should be called... A toner.

Not my fave.

This was not my favorite product. The scent wasn't appealing and I didn't care for the way it felt on my skin. I will be sticking to my regular moisturizes and serums instead. Not worth recommending.

Great consistency

One thing I really love about this moisturizing lotion is the consistency. It’s not too thick and it isn’t super milky. I found my skin to be very smooth after a few days of use.

Great, lightweight moisturizer.

After washing my face with the Acne Wash, I used the After Care Moisturizing Lotion daily. I'm a big fan of the moisturizer! It’s lightweight and goes on super smooth. Though it's an acne treatment, I still felt like my skin was staying moisturized. However, after several days of using the treatment together, I did find that my skin was starting to feel a bit dry. That being said, the treatment really works and my skin has stayed clear! For me, I think it would work best as a preventative measure leading up to an important event, or if I'm in the middle of a bad breakout - not as a day to day treatment. And FYI, a little goes a long way with the moisturizer.

After Care Moisturizing Lotion

After Care Moisturizing Lotion greatly pairs up with the Benzagel Acne gel as it is drying you want to make sure that the skin is moisturized. It is very gentle and light on the skin. I personally use it in the morning because i use my acne gel at night.

Now if you have oily skin I can see this working out for you, it applied nice, it’s light and doesn’t break you out. But it does make my skin feel tight, I’m used to heavier moisturizers though so it could all be down to preference. But like I said it doesn’t break me out so it’s a win for me!

Benzagel after care moisturizer

This one is superbly hydrating and lightweight. It suited my sensitive skin and did not cause any pore blockage. It is not greasy or sticky. Best of all it restores the natural moisturizing factor of skin which is great.

Love love love. Nice lightweight moisturizer that absorbs quick. Necessary for healing while in the midst of a breakout. Most effective acne treatment regimen I’ve ever used. I’ve never had such good skin even with the hormonal breakouts I get.
