Great after care!

Benzagel After Care Moisturizer is a lightweight moisturizer that is designed to carry actives deep into the cellular level. Formulated for all skin types and ideal for use after acne treatment. It worked great with the Benzagel cleanser and gel. My face never dried out and was well moisturized even after acne treatment. My skin was smooth and soft.

The perfect acne system

The acne wash was so great. No scent and so smooth to rub onto skin. I have tried it and the gel for 14 days and i can't wait to see the long-term effects cause my skin is looking great!

Light moisture

The aftercare lotion was almost a watery texture which I likes as it felt very light for the summer time, not heavy or greasy and absorbed really well. but I don't think it would give enough hydration over the winter months.

Not hydrating enough

Has pretty good ingredients (AHA and squalane) but I don't find it hydrating enough for my dry skin. I can see this being good for more oily / acne prone skin since it has the exfoliating feature to help with acne scars and pigmentation though.

Leaves my skin feeling smooth!

I received this product free in exchange for my review. I really like the feel of this moisturizer! I always worry about moisturizers clogging my pores but this one doesn’t. It leaves my skin feeling nice & soft!

Hydrating and smooth lotion

This watery, light moisturizing lotion has a subtle scent. It contains a combination of squalane, AHAs, olive fruit extracts and botanical extracts and minerals. Unlike other moisturizers that I have, it quickly is absorbed into the skin and disappears without a trace. I feel like my skin is well hydrated and limits any greasy/oily residue. I do enjoy this since my skin tends to be mostly on the oily side and combination outside of the T-zone. On the contrary, I would like to see SPF in acne-oriented skincare products. Not only, I treat my skin for acne purposes but I also want to protect it from further damage from the sun especially with acne scarring.

I look forward to continuing using this lotion as a part of my 3-step daily routine. I hope the lotion keeps mixing well with my skin to aid in preventing future acne from forming.

Not greasy at all

I really liked using this moisturizer in the morning. It was not heavy on the skin and sunk in right away without leaving a greasy feeling. I like how it has AHAs to gently exfoliate the skin while moisturizing at the same time. My skin felt nourished and soft after using it. Would recommend it.

Great Lotion for Acne

This moisturizer is extremely lightweight and barely has a smell. It is a thin serum like moisturizer that absorbs quickly, leaving the skin hydrated without making it feel oily or greasy. It is so gentle on the skin yet gets deep into the cellular level.

This product does not clog up pores or cause further breakouts. I will be continuing to use this as my daily moisturizer as I love the way it hydrates without leaving my skin feeling oily and heavy. I have noticed that my skin appears smoother and is more refined. Plus, I have experienced less breakouts and a reduction in dry patches.

Definitely recommend for combination acne prone skin!

Perfect for summer

The After Care Moisturizing Lotion has a thin, milky texture that is unlike any other moisturizer I have tried before. This is perfect for summer, but I would definitely need something with a little more hydration during the dry winter months. It contains a unique combination of squalane, AHA's, botanical extracts, and minerals that work together to gently exfoliate, nourish, and restore the skin's Natural Moisturizing Factor.

Comfortable for oily acne prone skin

This moisturizer is quite light but the Squalene acts as an excellent moisturizer. It’s hydrating and blends into skin easily leaving no tacky or greasy feeling. Feels very comfortable on oily/combo skin. I use this immediately after cleansing and haven’t noticed new breakouts so far.
