I crochet a lot. Bernat Softee Baby is so soft and easy to work with. I use it to make all my baby blanket and baby clothing patterns.

While this yarn is extremely soft, like the name suggests, it's also very thin. It's good for delicate projects like infant clothing, but I find I never have enough patience to knit with this stuff because the projects take longer. It's a good quality yarn though and it's gentle enough for babies to wear.
