For small torch or lighter purposes my family uses a BernzOmatic butane lighter. Perfect for torching caramel on flans. Has the capability to switch to a lighter which my husband uses to start the barbecue. Easily refillable with any butane. Priced average. Recommended. Very sturdy so I do not anticipate having to buy another but if needed I would!
