sugary treats for the family

I bought this on liquidation at Target in the states and normally would never buy anything like this but the price was right and I was feeling adventurous.
The cookies were really easy to make, add 1 egg and some butter. They took 10 minutes to cook and voila - they were ready to be devoured. I am usually not a big fan of hazelnut but these cookies were pretty good. The texture was great, the chips were plentiful and were soft and chewy right out of the oven. I did not taste the sea salt - which I'm guessing is a good thing. I would buy this again. - if it was on liquidation again.
