This is a great hairspray for texturizing thin, fine straight hair.

I struggle with getting volume and texture into my hair, as I have super fine, fairly thin and pretty darn straight hair. My roots are completely flat, and the only wave I ever get in my hair is from it being forced against my shoulder due to length. I even struggle with keeping a curl in my hair if I spend the time to make it!

This spray has totally changed the game for me. I am able to get a nice, tousled look to my hair, without getting super tangled. That is probably the worst thing that can happen to hair like mine, because tangles=breakage and breakage means less hair, which is a big problem for those of us with little to begin with! Obviously, you still must be careful with how much you use if you have thinner hair.

I don't use it all the time because it's really only meant for creating that surf hair look, but I am very pleased with it when I do use it.
