Sexy Hair Root Pump Volumizing Spray Mousse is part of Sexy Hair’s BIG styling line which features products that are used to style hair with extra volume and hold. The mousse comes in a large 10.6 oz can that is bright red with stylish lettering. It provides medium hold to fine and medium hair and creats major volume with lots of shine. You can use the product on damp or dry hair and is easy to apply: simply spray product at the root and blow dry away from scalp. When you apply the mousse to dry area, simply spray in areas where you want extra lift and texture. Spray with some Sexy Hair hairspray and you’re good to go!

I’ve used Sexy Hair products in the past but I’ve never tried a volumizing mousse. My stylist told me it would be a great product for me because I have fine hair and this would add the volume I need when I style my hair. I use the mousse on damp hair and spray it all over my head near the roots. I tend to blow dry my hair with my head upside down to get extra volume and lift and this product definitely adds to it. What I really love about it, is that it smells great and provides hold without having to use hairspray (even though, I do) and dries without making your hair stiff. My hair is always very smooth and manageable after using the mousse and holds the volume throughout the day where other products would fail in that area and make my hair go limp before 12pm! This volumizing spray has made my favorite top 5 hair styling products list and that says a lot being that I don’t use very many hair products at all, so to start a list is major.

It is called Sexy Hair Root Pump Plus Humidity Resistance and is designed for thick/heavy hair and provides a more firm hold! Sexy Hair products can be found in your local beauty/hair salons as well as some Wal-Mart chains. Their products are fairly pricy but they are totally worth it!
