This Skull Cap fits my mid-30's woman with a normal sized round head, and although there are some bumps in the material (due to its one size fits all sizing), it certainly doesn't affect to effectiveness of the cap.

I took a test run with my bike around a 5km loop in the morning (fairly chilly with frost on the windshield of the car), and my ears and head did NOT get cold. The nicely stitched fleece inside definitely did their job. It was amazing, as normally I get earaches while biking in the cold.

The cap managed to keep the heat in AND when I took it off, it wasn't all sweaty inside. This is definitely a great feature, especially if we are cycling and have to wait at a light for a few minutes in the cold - keeping my head warm is a necessity both while moving and while stopped.

I'm definitely going to order another one for Husband so not only will we match, but both of our heads will remain warm well into the end and beginning of our cycling season.
