Good for small aches

If you have a small/topical ache, this is a great product. Unfortunately anything deep will not feel the relief; quads, glutes, etc...
Smell is pleasant, packaging convenient, and very easy to apply.

Works on back pain

This product was recommended by my massage therapist for my very sore back pain. Love that provides a lot of relief for a few hours. Also very handy with the roll on applicator so I can reach back and apply it easily to my lower back without trying to reach with cream on my hands. The heat and cooling affect feels great on my painful areas. Have been using this product for a few months now and happy with the results it provides.
