The perfect after cleanse polish
I received this sample in the mail from @biore and to be honest it didnt appeal to me all that much as i figured i could just use water and bakingsoda for the same effect. (To be honest if you wanted to save a few $ you definitely could do that) now i wouldnt rush out to the store to pick this up but it does leave a nice dewy looking sheen To the skin. You can use this one of two ways, add a tiny bit of water for a more exfoliating clean or add more water to make it less abrasive and more like a polish. I choose to add more water as my skin can be quite sensitive to exfoliants, but none the less i do like this product and if it was on sale i would probably pick it up to have in my collection of skin care. Keep note that it also has a bit of a scent to it so if your skin acts up from perfumes or fragrance i would recommend you skip this and use just plain old baking soda and water.
Not worth the price tag!
I used this item two-3 times a week for 8weeks and it didn’t help at all with acne/blemishes and certainly isn’t worth the hefty price tag! However, it did leave my skin feeling smoother straight after use.
Didn't love it
With my mat leave budget I was looking for a cheaper face wash! I did not love this product, it washed yes but I did not find it helped with blackheads as advertised. It does have a fresh scent though, but in all honesty I would spend a few extra bucks to get a better quality product.
I really didn't like this.
I received a small sample of this and was not very impressed. I found it too drying and harsh. As well, I really disliked the texture - it's much more of a paste than an exfoliating face wash. I do prefer something that is much more gentle and can be used to remove eye makeup. This might be good for someone young with an oily skin or in the very humid and sweaty summer. But I won't be using this again.
It just fizzled out
I received a free sample of the product in the mail from Biore. I've used some of their products before, so I was looking forward to trying it.
First off, it's a powder. This made it a little messy to use as I had to shake the powder into my hands. Also, there weren't any instructions on how much to use. It just said that the more water you add, the "softer" it gets.
Once you add water, it fizzed a little and got foamy, like a face wash. But as soon as I put it on my face, it went back to being like a paste. So I added more water and repeated this. I found that it gave me an odd tingling sensation. It wasn't painful or anything, just different.
I found the product to be very hard to rinse off. My face still felt slippery and so did my wash cloth (thanks to the baking soda). It took a lot of rinsing until I felt that all the residue was off my face.
It very clearly states on the package to avoid contact with your eyes. This means that I could not use it to remove my eye make up, which is a major negative for me. I need a "take everything off" type of cleanser. So that, coupled with the residue issue, makes me give this product a pass.
I don't recommend it and I will not be buying it.
I was surprised to hear about a cleanser which the main ingredient is baking soda. It worked okay on my face.
My face is generally clear, just gets a little red sometimes. I feel like it dried out my skin. But I'm sure it would help out those with oilier skin.
I received this as a free sample in the mail. The facial scrubs feels very nice on the skin and it does a good job of pulling out the dirts from my pores. Unlike what some comments said, it doesn't make my skin really soft after washing it, but it does make me feel super clean. The recommended instruction on the face wash is to use it every day, which I don't recommend doing since it will make your pore even bigger over time. I think it is suffice if you use it twice a week.

I usually love Biore, their cleansing strips are my favourite. However, my skin is extremely sensitive and upon putting this on, it burned up and got extremely red. I think my skin didn't react well to the baking soda formula. Buyers beware if you have sensitive skin, don't use this product!
