Great at exfoliating

I've been using the Biore unclogging scrub for almost 10 years, so I decided to venture out and try the charcoal version. I actually prefer this version over the other! The scent smells like a combination of mint, citrus, and men's deodorant (maybe not everyone's cup of tea -- but I love it!). It's a thick, gel like scrub that feels cooling on the skin. It foams/lathers very well. The scrub itself is really effective too. When I started using this product I had rough, clogged pores on my chin and within a week my chin and forehead were very smooth. I feel like this is really gentle on my skin, especially because it contains 1% salicylic acid. I have oily, acne prone skin that is under control, and this is perfect for me. It doesn't dry out or irritate my skin, plus I think the charcoal will be great at absorbing excess oil in the summer!

Gentle but effective!

I use this scrub once a week just to gently exfoliate any dead skin - it feels super gentle as the beads are very fine. I don't feel tight after using it which is a good sign that it doesn't strip the face from its natural oils, but instead deep cleans it.

Excellent exfoliant

This product is a gel with really fine charcoal particles to act as the exfoliant, great for oily skin.
 
I love this product! I have combination skin so I need a strong cleanser for my T-zone without drying out the rest of my face. This charcoal clearing cleanser did just that!
It made my face tingle just bit when using it but it goes away fast. Then it feels so clean afterwards!

Works for me

I find that this works well for my skin. I noticed that it helped reduce the size and number of pimples! although it doesn't smell nice it works well. This is also pretty affordable too, and you can get it pretty much anywhere.

Biore Charcoal acne scrub has helped me in so many ways, I have had bad acne for years , and I was using a milky cream type of face wash before, but for acne you should be using a gel like formula ,like so Biore charcoal,by the 3rd wash/day I was just feeling better my face feels clean, my face is cleared. forsure always going to use this , and really helps with black heads, and aswell the minty menthol feeling when washing is soothing

I would definitely recommend this product to everyone, because it was amazing on my skin, and made my face feel so much more clearer and cleaner and very smooth.

Orange-y and Minty!

I was very excited to try Biore's Charcoal Acne Scrub. I like Biore products and I was interested in charcoal skincare, so I was hoping it would help my oily skin.

It's comes in a squeeze tube with a flip top cap, making it hygienic and easy to dispense. The scrub itself was gray with little orange bits in it. It felt nice and scrubby on my face. I liked the citrus scent and the cooling, minty feeling. Due to it being a physical exfoliator, my skin felt nice and smooth afterwards. I felt that it cleaned well, and it rinsed off easily too.

Overall a good, affordable facial scrub for acne prone and oily skinned folks. (I would not use these on blemishes though, as it will irritate!) I'm glad I was able to try Biore's Charcoal Acne Scrub, I do recommend it!
