Would buy again

Tried this face wash as part of a basic morning routine. I would say that if you’re not using it to remove makeup then it’s a good face wash. It’s not overly harsh as far as the beads go.

I'm constantly searching for new face cleansers, I took a chance and purchased this product!
With the little blue beads, it really suds up a lot so no need to use a huge amount!
It made my face feel really clean and fresh!

I actually bought this because I had a coupon and I was out of facial cleanser. This really works well. I lke the way it feels when it's on. It's kind of a cool feeling, the little blue beads in it don't feel bad either (some of the ones with beads in it feel scratchy) It lastsd a long time too. My husband tried it one time and has been using it ever since. With the both of us using it it has lasted quite a while. I will be buying this again.

I bought these half off from my loblaws because they were renovating.

For the price I bought it for it's a decent cleanser. It foams up nicely and I feel it cleans my face alright. I use it in the shower so it does leave a tingly feeling after washing my face. I don't find that it dries out my face too much. It claims to be a deep cleanser which I don't feel it is, I don't get that deep pore cleaning I feel with some other cleansers.
Overall this is just an okay cleanser, it washes off the day's dirt but that about it. If you can get it in a deal and aren't super picky about your skin regime then I would say try it out, but it isn't anything amazing.

I got a sample of this in the mail. I didn't try it at the time, but my husband did, and he said he liked it. Keep in mind he was using it at the sink, not in the shower. And has NOT YET used it in the shower, for the love of god haha :-)

Considering I pay $25 (or $35 for 2!!) for a massive 250ml bottle of top quality facial cleanser that's loaded with glycolic and salicylic acid and lasts me MONTHS, this stuff is a complete shaft job. $10 for this tiny bottle?? Hell no. Unfortunately, my husband did like it, so I bit the bullet and bought the full size of the product. But only because it had a $3 coupon hanging off the bottle haha :-) I'd rather he use my cleanser as it does far better things for his skin and is QUALITY. Very few men know good skin care products when they see or experience them.

There are FAR superior cleansers to this which are not just stinking 'tingly' (big honking deal), but exfoliating, skin renewing and anti-aging. Such as my personal cleanser. For that reason, I give this a big fat thumbs down. Especially after trying it! KRAP with a capital K. It cleans your face. So what? So does a bar of lye soap. There is nothing I hate worse than companies that hype up their mediocre products. It really fries me. 'Steam activated'?? Could that steam be coming from the big pile of poo we would call BS?? Maybe?? I wanna see RESULTS. Especially for this price! As a woman, I'm tired of getting screwed top dollar for rubbish products. That is one SMALL bottle for one LARGE price.

I got a sample of this in the mail last week. Didn't get to use it in the shower, but it was a pretty humid day :P
The one thing I noticed was that I only needed a tiiinnnnyyyy bit for tons of lather. The fragrance was nice, and it left my skin feeling soft and clean PLUS not dried out. Also, I am a fan of minty/tingly things and this has that refreshing tingle when you wash with it, like its scrubbing out your pores.
It probably would be best when used in the shower with the steam, but I don't really know how much of a difference it would make...either way this is decent face wash!

this product is good,although it really works, you have to use it in the shower in a steamy room (hot shower) to feel it work, and not when you wash your face over the sink, i like the fact that you dont need a big amount of the product and once you rub the product on your hands and apply it to your face it feels fresh, clean, i have used others and this one didnt really 'wow' me but is good and it did the job!

I received this as a sample and didn't care for it at all. As it says above it is suppose to be activated by the steam in the shower. Well I didn't feel anything happening when I used it. Yes it cleaned my face, but it left it feeling tight. It did lather up like it said it would, but it seem like there was way to much for just your face. I only use a bit of the sample at a time and it was still way to much, so I can imagine if you used the hole sample you'd be covered from head to toe with the stuff. The little beads that are in it that are suppose to harnesses the steam in the shower didn't do anything but melt away the beads and it had very little mint smell to it from what I could tell. I always thought that you weren't suppose to have really hot steamy showers, or you could dry out your skin, so to me the steam activated part kind of defeats the propose of good skin care. I give the New Biore Purify Steam Activated Cleanser with Steam active beads a big thumbs down.

I recently tried the Biore Steam Activated Deep Cleansing Cleaner and had some mixed feelings about it.
Although the quality of the product is outstanding as usual, the after effects are a little disturbing to someone who has sensitive skin. It feels great when you wash your face with it in the shower or something, makes your skin feel nice and soft while washing it. But i find that as soon as you pat dry your face, it tends to overdry the skin a little bit. So I had to extend my usage to every 3rd day.
And the pump on the bottle doesn't seem to work too good, but i think that is because the product is so darn thick inside the bottle.
But don't get me wrong, the effectiveness of the product to clean your face is outstanding, I just don't recommend this one to people with sensitive skin.

These deep cleansing beads that are steam activated are just great! I cannot believe how well this works. I like Biore products, but I have never found them much more than just really good. Not great, or nothing spectacular.

This is not the case for this cleanser. It is oil free and when it says that it get 55% more clean, it really does. I felt that the oil on my face and in my pours were almost all cleaned out, which is a rarity for someone with acne. I am very impressed and will definitely purchase this one again.
