I recently had the opportunity to try out Birch Babe's Golden Hour Brightening Vitamin C Serum, and so far, I'm really enjoying it!

First, the serum has a vibrant yellow hue and subtle shimmer, giving my skin a dewy, radiant glow. The herbal scent, with its soothing notes of lavender, adds a spa-like feel to my skincare routine. The consistency is on the ticker side and I found that just one pump is enough to cover my entire face, which means this bottle will last me quite a while!

Upon applying, it feels wonderfully refreshing and gives the skin a gentle tightening effect, accompanied by a slight tingle. While it did feel a bit oily at first, I was relieved that it didn’t cause any breakouts—definitely a win in my book!

Definitely Plumps!

Finally a vitamin C serum that does what it promises! I’ve tried a ton of vitamin c serums and nothing seems to work for me. They either burn like crazy and make my skin look worse, or don’t do anything. The Birch Babe Golden Hour serum plumps, hydrates, doesn’t irritate my skin and makes my skin really glowy! I absolutely love this serum.

New fFav Vitamin C Serum!

WOW this vitamin c serum is a game changer! First of all this is the only vitamin c serum I've ever used that hasn't irritated my skin or made my skin go all red. It also has the nicest smell when you put it on but the smell quickly goes away once it's absorbed into your skin. I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and have really seen an improvement in my skin tone - it looks brighter, clearer and the dark spots that were on my skin appear to be faded all thanks to this powerhouse serum! Don't overthink it just try it out!

Golden Hour Girlie

Golden Hour was absolutely the right choice in naming this product. @birchbabe Golden Hour Brightening Vitamin C Serum is hands down the best I have ever used. I love having a Vitamin C serum in my skin care routine and this one is unreal.

It includes Lavender, Frankincense and Geranium oils which give the serum a lovely natural fragrance. This serum itself is also a glowing shade of yellow - which pairs well with the nature of the product.

Using it in my AM and PM skincare routine has definitely made a difference. I’ve noticed that my redness has been less red while using it and my dark spots and skin tone have evened out.

Smells so good!

I have been using this serum for the past 7 days. My skin feels good and bright. I will continue using at least another week, to see the final effect. So far, I love the smell and easiness to apply. However, I find it a bit thick for a serum. I always put sunscreen after vitamin C serums. Although I wait a bit after I apply the serum before putting the sunscreen, it always ends up making clumps. So not sure if this is the case for everybody or just related to my skin type.
