I bought this dud for $379 awhile ago, used it once and it died. I unfortunately lost both the warranty or three it away with the receipt so now it collects dust until I can find a repairman. I've heard the same reviews from several friends who had the exact same experience so now I know mine wasn't just a factory dud. In the future I'll try to find a Rug Doctor for sale because I've only ever had good outcomes with those.
