Works just as well as a Dyson. I bought this because our dyson broke and it was outrageous to fix it. This vacuum is under $200 and it cleans on the first pass. With winter here it sucks up all that salt left on the mud room mats on the first try. It has multiple attachments and is pretty light weight compared to other vacuums. It's bagless and the cord retracts with the push of a button. Great vacuum.
