Nice shade
This is a perfect nude shade for myself. I had a deluxe sample and I started using it and since then I've liked the formula. It's hydrating and pigmented. If you like only mattes, you might not like this one.
So pricey!! :(
Thankfully, I got this for free last year at Sephora for my birthday gift. Although it's a mini, my birthday is in July and I still have lots of product left. I adore the colour. It pairs perfectly with the matching liner (glace) and looks lovely on any skin tone. The scent is amazing, too! I really appreciate that Bite uses all food-grade ingredients in their products, so you know that what you're putting on your lips is completely safe. I just can't justify ever spending $30 on one lipstick, so I would be purchasing it for myself when I run out of my mini.
Expensive, But Great Quality
Let's be serious, $30.00 is a lot to pay for lipstick. However, this Bite Amuse Bouche is worth it. I have sensitive lips, and usually lipstick dries my lips out. This lipstick didn't dry my lips out at all! It applies smoothly and has a nice texture that doesn't feel too "lipstick-y." The color LASTS and LASTS. I ate lunch, drank a mocha, and still- it didn't budge! The chai colour is really nice and would look great on many different skin tones. If you're looking to indulge in a great lipcolor, BITE into this one! 😉
.
I love this brand and specifically this lipstick--it goes on smoothly and doesn't dry out your lips at all. The colors and pigment are beautiful and the packaging is so sleek and convenient. It's pretty good for wear-time but definitely not as long lasting as a liquid lip.
natural product that lasts and goes on well
Bite lipsticks are the only lipsticks I wear. I love the way they last on my lips and that they are all natural - the name is cool too. My favorite color is Verbena.
beautiful colour payoff but won't last through a meal
chai is a beautiful shade for a lipstick. it glides on so smoothly without any difficulty and does not carry strong fragrance, if at all.
the only demise is, it does not seem to last past eating a meal. the colour starts leaving my lips and i had to re-touch shortly after.
i suppose it's easy on, easy off.
overall, beautiful colour payoff but not sure how long lasting it can be
Alright...
Lovely vanilla-ish scent and gorgeous soft grey packaging, Honeycomb is a light nude colour that would be suitable for more of a pale skin with pinkish undertones. Be careful if you have medium or dark skintones because it washed my skin out. The price is expensive in my opinion for a lipstick and just doesn't meet my expectations.
nice
I got this for free. I usually don't like matte as they are drying, but this was nice and hydrating and creamy. The colour was also nice. I would be willing to buy this to try.
Looks great, lasts all day, but stains like crazy
I have the shade Radish, and it looks really lovely. It goes on smooth and effortlessly and provides long lasting colour that lasts all day. I find it very pigmented, so much that it stains your lips a bit (so even if it fades throughout the day the stained colour makes it so that you don't really have to reapply throughout the day). However, that being said if you happen to make a mistake, that's it. You're done for with a little stain on your skin that you can't erase. It also tends to bleed and transfer a lot. The stain effect still keeps your lips looking amazing despite the transfer, but be prepared to have it transfer onto your coffee cups and significant other. If you pair it with a good lip liner it helps stop the bleeding a little bit though.
Not the best for me
I received the shade mochi and loved the color as it was mainly purchased for Canada day, I found it difficult to remove as it looks like a stain especially when I swatched it. It wasnt as hydrating as most lipsticks I wear.
