This water cooler is a handy feature in our kitchen. The best aspect is of course the fact that it's a bottom load. The hot and cold features are an asset. I love the stainless steel that is modern and sleek looking. It cleans beautifully and I've never had a leaking problem. We keep the water reader low so that we only replace the bottle when it's almost complete. An alarm will sound when it's time to change the bottle. Works great for our family. I highly recommend!
