I bought this water cooler just over a year ago ( less than 2 years) and at first I loved it because you can't see the water bottle so it looks nice in the house, the hot water is also nice for making tea or other warm drinks and I love the child lock on the hot water specially since I have a young child. Now tho I hate my water cooler it is leaking ! Unfortunately because I have had this cooler for over a year it is no longer on warranty and we can't use this cooler anymore AT ALL . Starts leaking within 10 minutes of plugging into the water bottle and it makes a HUGE mess.
