For the first three months I loved this coffee maker as it is perfect for someone who lives alone and is on the go as it comes with a travel mug (which is useless as it is not insulated and spills). It is also environmentally friendly as it uses a reusable filter. The price was also great.

Reviews had said the water reservoir leaked and that was true. This didn't bother me as I just placed a cloth underneath. However, after a few months it stopped brewing consistently, more often than not, producing a watery brew. I was getting very fed up of wasting perfectly expensive coffee, or getting to the office to find out I didn't have any coffee as it was just coffee-tainted water.
