These are a great alternative for cheese strings, because we all know that they are ridiculously overpriced. i actually like biting into the cheese rather than stringing it especially because i am not a big fan of eating with my hands. although like any processed cheese product it will start to loose its shape if its kepi in a lunch bag or purse for too long. still i love these. if cheese strings are out of the price range and you are looking for an alternative then these are the product for you

C'est si bon en collation, pour les petits et les grands. Format pratique et gout addictif, difficile de ne pas en acheter à toutes les semaines à l'épicerie. Mes préférés: les marbrés cheddar et mozzarella.

I love cheese sticks, especially black diamond. Nice, easy snack for luches as well. Taste really good. I just wish they were more affordable. I dont really buy them ever due to the price

Tried these recently over cheese strings and am very pleased. They don't 'string', they are simply brick cheese in a portable version.
I always grab a couple for myself and the kids before heading out, nice healthy snack to keep you going between meals. They are a bit more expensive than the competition but again, these are real cheese, so I'm happy to spend a bit more for quality. They are a hit in our house.
