My kids love this! We are all cheese lovers, but these are so easy to put in their lunch boxes or to grab and take with us when we're going out somewhere.
These are bought on every grocery trip because my hubby and my youngest love them. It is so funny watching my guy eat them because he definitely pulls them apart string by string but not without making a little hula skirt or tree with them first haha.
These are my childhood! So yummy, fun, and nutritious with a healthy meal. Love how you can peel them into crazy characters. Wish the pizza flavour was as good as it was from when I was a kid. And these have become very expensive.
I always remember having these as a kid for school lunch. Always had fun trying to create the picture on the back. They really do just pull off in a string. They do taste a little like rubber. My kids love them!
I would not eat this and expect quality cheese in this. (What would it take to make it peel like that anyway?) It is quite salty and has a mild cheddar - mozzarella taste to it. However, it is compact, portable, and fun to peel, which makes it a good snack to bring. Kids will probably not turn it down because of its novelty factor. Pricier than other cheddars and mozzarellas, but its convenience might convince people to purchase this one.
My kids love these.
They are fun to pull apart and are a decent snack for lunches.
They are processed and a bit oily tasting to me.
I buy these when they are on sale.
My 1.5 year old daughter and I love these, so good. Too bad they are so expensive though. I usually wait until they are on sale & try to find a coupon too (or we just eat regular cheese)
This is a good snack pick for on the go or a lunchtime snack. Your parents have always told you not to play with your food but I love that Cheesestrings encourage the opposite! Half the fun is eating it in strands. However I can only eat one at a time because I find them overly salty. Good price but not a food staple at my home.
Guilty Grandma here! My kids are 20 & 16 and don't care for what they used to call "puller cheese", and my granddaughter is too young for cheese so I buy them for myself haha!!
