How can this be called a cheese?

I am originally from France so I guess I have high standards... This is basically a block of fat protein, really. It has absolutely no taste and it's very expensive for the poor quality of it! I understand everybody has different tastes, so besides all of that, I don't find the packaging appropriate: once opened, the cheese gets dry very easily.

I use this cheese for everything that requires cheese. This block cheese is excellent quality. My favourite thing to do with this cheese is slice it and melt it onto crackers. My issue with this cheese is sometimes it's a bit to pricey. So I can understand why people on a budget would pick another brand over this one.

Love the combination of cheddar and mozzarella

Black Diamond cheese is amazing. This is often the brand we use at my house. When it is on sale we like to buy a few bricks so that we have it on hand. This adds a nice color to casseroles, pizzas and other dishes. The cheese also melts really nicely and gives off a good flavor. The cheddar is sharper and it compliments the mozzarella which has a more mild and bland flavor. This cheese is also good with crackers because it has a nice bite to it and flavor.

Would buy again

Black diamond cheese is fantastic. It has great taste and texture. The only downside is that you keep going back to eat more and more in excessive amounts

Great snacking cheese.

I really love Black Diamond cheese and the marble just adds another flavour and colour to your dishes which is always nice. This cheese melts beautifully so it's great for pizza, mashed potatoes, nachos, you name it! It's also great on it's own for snacking or with crackers. Great firm but still soft texture. I would buy Black Diamond marble cheese again for sure.

I love black diamond cheddar and black diamond mozzarella but you'll never catch me eating marble cheese. It's not sharp like cheddar and it's not ooey gooey like mozzarella it's plastic. The taste of it but itself is rubbery and chewy and if you melt it over anything it ruins the flavour in my opioin.

Black diamond marble cheese is so good . I make a lot of pasta dishes that require cheddar and mozzarella cheese so this is prefect for me . It's a good brand and Tastes so good . It usually goes on sale so I will purchase two .

Black Diamond Marble Cheese is a staple in my house. We use it for many food dishes and probably go through one of these a week. We love the marble over the other varieties. It tastes great and has a creamier taste than the other similar products on the market. It is a good price when it goes on sale and I usually stock up when it see it go on sale.

This is the cheese I always buy at the grocery store! My family is addicted to cheese and we use it in a ton of our meals! It's definitely more of a sharper cheese but it's my absolute favourite. Sometimes can be a little pricey but if you have coupons or get it on sale, it's great! I think Black Diamond Cheese is so yummy whether it's cheddar or marble! Worth the buy for sure!
