I am loving the gourmet cheese products from Black Diamond. Black Diamond Reserve Premium Asiago Cheese is pre-packaged and located in the standard dairy case. The price is excellent for the cheese quality and will allow dips, snacks, pasta and entrees to be enhanced with an economical and gourmet flavour. I am very happy with it and love to combine it on a appetizer tray with veggies, crackers, and meats.
